Steven is an experienced wine maker. He recently sold his beloved Lovegroves Winery and moved into semi retirement. His current activities include wine retailing and part time winemaker for Swipers Gully wines.
David is an experienced wine drinker and resident wine nerd. He has worked with Styvesant House restaurant in Sydney from time to time, which is fine dining in the traditional sense, and includes a 50,000 bottle cellar!
